Online Shopping
When you place an order through our Website, you are offering to buy Products for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for reasons including but not limited to unavailability of authorization for payment, suspicion of fraud, or errors in pricing or product description.
Customers using the website who are Minors under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
All products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available, we will not charge you for products which are not available. We will update you about the changes to your order via email.
Any items sold during any sales cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sold Sale items are Final.
We reserve the right to refuse an order when we cannot obtain authorization for your payment, BO Label by Barbara Osiecka or any of our partner services suspect fraud.

Discounts & Promotional Codes
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are limited to one code per transaction per person. We reserve the right to cancel any order that stacks discount or violates our promotional code policy.
