Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at BO Label by Barbara Osiecka. We understand that not every purchase will work out, which is why we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is worry-free.

Exchange Policy

- Eligibility: Items are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of your package's arrival.

- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our team at hello@bolabel.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

- Limitations: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is not available, you may choose a different item of equal or higher value.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items. However, BO Label by Barbara Osiecka will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item back to you.

- Exceptions: Regrettably, customized sizes or lengths are non-exchangeable or refundable.


Return Policy

- Eligibility: Customers have 14 days from the date of your package's arrival.

- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Return Process:

  1. Contact our team at hello@bolabel.com to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. We will review your return request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your return package.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The returns parcel must contain the return label and invoice. Not adhering to this guideline will result in process delays and rejection.

- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. We do not provide refunds; however we extend credit note valid for 12 months.

- Exceptions: Regrettably, customized sizes or lengths are non-exchangeable or refundable.

Important Notes:

- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.

- Any items sold during any sales cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sold Sale items are Final.

- BO Label by Barbara Osiecka does not provide a refund, however we extend a credit note valid for one 12 months from the date of issuance.

- Any item(s) purchased through Store Credit (against an exchange request) cannot be exchanged again.

- Please ensure that all returns are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@bolabel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritize resolving this at no extra cost to you.
