Hello,
I'm Barbara Osiecka, the heart behind BO Label, which I founded to help women to tap into their feminine energy.
I spent most of my career years in the corporate world wearing pencil skirts and suits. With business attire I often embodied more masculine energy – constantly controlling, doing, and striving.
Eventually, I recognized I was constantly battling life instead of flowing with it.
I knew that to truly embrace change, I had to embody what feminine energy truly means. Among its elements, the power of feminine attire resonated deeply with me.
So, I started to experiment. The more I incorporated feminine pieces, the more I noticed a shift in myself. I felt lighter, more at ease, and saw changes in the way I interacted with the world.
However, finding feminine styles that were both beautiful and high-quality proved challenging, steering me towards fashion design.
This challenge set me on a path to create what I couldn't find elsewhere.
And this single path evolved into a journey that culminated in designing my first collection and the creation of BO Label.

Produced in limited editions, each design feels as unique as the woman who wears it. By blending heritage inspiration with modern elegance, we create garments that are meant to be treasured, worn, and lived in - today and for years to come.
